I took calcium and magnesium to make a girl friendly environment for sperm. Also having sex a few days before ovulation. I don't know if it worked yet but we'll see.

@dreamsmoederx, I would make black beans and put them in salads. (I'm a huge salad fan.) . I would make like "Tex/Mex" salads regularly. But really, and way & any kind!

Foods rich in calcium and magnesium -- Nuts,( such as almonds and cashews), Beans, Vegetables (such as spinach and broccoli), Yogurt and tofu, Oatmeal. -- all help to make your body heavy in the calcium and magnesium department. That's an ideal living condition for female sperm. Avoid meat at all costs. Avoid salt and foods heavy in potassium. I followed a perfect diet for those three months prior.

I already read the book, make notes on it, at least 50pages of the most important things I need, I made, my own, BBT chart, CM chart and brought ovulation test so I kan narrow down the ovulation day. Am keeping track of everything this is my first cycle, but this is practicing one. I want to know everything about my period first. It's regular. So I just want to be very caution

So. Like I said, If I was going to try in August, I would ONLY have sec on the 8th-19th. The 13th & 14th being he BEST days because they are the furthest away done fertile days or ovulation days.

Here's a hit of the app. This is my month for August. The highlighted purple days are the days of my period. Well, when it's supposed to be. And then the little purple flower are the days of ovulation. Those are the days I would avoid if I wanted another girl and was planning in August. Also, I would avoid the yellow flower days.

Oh yes! 😊 No offense to anyone who loves boys - they are absolutely perfectly precious - I just knew I definitely wanted a girl. Sooooo, for all of July, August, September I ate according to a T. No mixups or mistakes. And I made sure to only have protected sex with my husband. And then in October when we decided to try for our first, I made sure to have intercourse on the exact days that were good for conceiving a girl, and BOOM. One try, and I got a girl! If you're totally serious, I recommend downloading the app called "period diary". It tracks your periods and tells you the days you're fertile and the exact day you're ovulating. Those are the days to avoid if you want a girl. You want to ONLY have unprotected sex the the days farthest away from your ovulation days.
