Any advice please!
So I've been having a hard time sleeping lately, I'm 22 weeks preggers and I feel like I've tried a lot of safe home remedies but nothing has worked ☹️ Do any of you mommy's have any remedies that are safe to try or know any tricks?

Benadryl! It will knock you out like a rock haha , it makes me sleep
unisom! my dr has me take it every night it also helps with my nausea
Either unisom or Tylenol pm or benedyl is safe to take while pregnant as well as you can try peppermint tea

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

I haven't made it that far yet--only 13 weeks here--but I have been sleeping like crap, and last night was the best night of sleep ever. All I did was remove a layer of blankets. We went from 2 + a sheet, down to 1 blanket + a sheet. We also sleep with a fan on. I didn't realize how hot it's been getting lately, and it really makes a difference for deep sleep!
