I don't think that can mess with your milk or your baby at all.

My MIL and my mom told me the first top part but that it effects the baby because I'm breastfeeding her and whatever I feel she'll feel. Even the pediatrician put "newborn affected by maternal depression" on her medical record.

No that's stupid. All women get crazy emotions and some depression (but should be treated). Babies get colic from dairy allergies and food intolerances in your breast milk. It's tough! I went through it too and my daughter had colic until we switched her to a formula called Nutramigen. Hang in there

Your baby can feel your emotions so to speak but that's all babies not just breastfed babies. When someone is really tense or anxious and you're clpse to tephem, you can feel it.

It won't make the baby gassy or have colic, they may be upset or hard to settle but not EVERY BABY has colic when they are upset, they are HUMANS, they feel emotion just like we do, they just don't understand why yet! You and baby will be okay, if it's bad then don't be afraid to talk to your doctor about it, they can help and you will not be judged. Just cuddle, nurse, and love that baby and he will be fine, he just wants to feel safe in your arms and even if you're weepy due to hormones it's still most comforting for baby to be with his mama 😍
