sooo, when I'm at work I go about 7-8 hours without pumping. I only pump in the morning and 2 times in the evening (when I get home after a feeding and before bed)

so I've pumped 3 times today. my daughter eats about 12oz when I'm gone if she is accepting the bottle that day. I pumped 21oz today. I have 500oz in the freezer after already donating 100oz. my boobs need to calm down!
