Why do some people do a three hour and sum an hour glucose test? Mines only an hour in May

If you fail the one hour then you have to take the 3 hours

you do the one hour if you dont pass you have to do the 3 hour one

If you fail the one hour, they do a three hour. Some woman also have a history of gestational diabetes so some doctors will automatically do a three hour
