went to high-risk doctor. baby is still head down. don't know what my ob was talking about. babies are doing great. B is 2lbs 3oz and A is 2lbs 10oz. their doing great. they checked my cervix due to a small loss of my mucus plug and pains and cramps. I'm at 2.6. I should be at a 27 for safety I guess. and if I get to a 2.5 I will need to get steroid injections to stop labor as well as bedrest. currently I'm told to take it easy and rest more. and stay hydrated, which seems to be hard. I'm always feeling dehydrated even though I'm drinking water. as long as the shots work and the babies are fine. I may even be able to have them past 36 weeks. since my top baby is so big, a c-section is best and the safest. otherwise his head could get stuck trying to get him out second.

you were at at 2.6 cm? as in dilated? sorry just curious. my friend is in the hospital right now, almost 28 weeks. she was dilated at a 1 and effaced 3-4 cm. makes no sense to me, I thought effacement was measured in percent. lol I'm a FTM so I really have no clue. I just know they started her on progesterone & gave the baby something to help his lungs develop if she had him early.

well she said 26. and I'm thinking she meant 2.6. said if I get to a 25 then I would need the steroids.

@heatherlg88, I have no exact clue either. even with being in a second pregnancy, there's still alot of new stomach. both pregnantcies have been new to me. I had a Singleton baby and now twins. Idk what to expect. I just try to read all the time, and try to understand everything that everyone says.
right now she says I'm good. that I'm not dialated. but that could change by next week.
