your doctor has to approve it for short term... call ur hr and they should give you a number. .

I have been employed since 2013 with the same company but I left last year for 2 months and they say that the two months I was gone, there is now a gap and my hours are decreasing and they will stop decreasing until August. @mamaash

I didn't qualify for disability but I did for FMLA and also will qualify for boding
