@realdancemom, dealing with ones after my bowel movements now. Small external ones. And when they say push, they want you to push like you're taking a #2. That's more than likely going to make them flare up for me
@cubanese, π© at least you know how to relieve them though. Can't say you don't know how to manage them when they do hurt lol
@cubanese, lol I'm experiencing small external ones so I'm praying they don't get too severe after birth. I have noticed that they only flare if I have a serious BM and I can't even tell on days that I don't. If they end up being terrible I'm taking a stool softener forever π
