so we are inviting my mom and dad over to tell them im pregnant with baby number 2. and they keep guessing why we're having a get together. and they think my husband got this new job, which we are still waiting to hear on. but then my mom goes and says "the only other thing i can think of is youre pregnant again and that would be both bad and good news. i dont know how id feel" i just want to call it off....

@rachel8792, @gorgeoushar , yeah i just had my son 8 months ago, and im only 19. but im married, have my own place, and im very happy, with good jobs. i just wish theyd be happier. :0
So typical for parents to say...my Dad flipped when I told him I was pregnant...
i just told my parents im pregnant again and I have a 14 month old son. its a normal reaction for her to say its both bad, and good. my mom said the same thing because they know its going to be tough. My mom was happy though, she just told me its not going to be easy with a toddler in terrible 2's and a newborn
They will be, I think its just typical of parents to be protective. My mom had my brother and I right away and she struggled alot because my dad didnt really help. Shes happy for me, but she had to voice her concern is the way she put it when she told me
