So at my last appointment I found out that I'm still -2lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm almost 33 weeks and I haven't gained any of the weight I was supposed to. Instead, I've lost a lot of weight and all the weight that I've put back on since losing it is just Little Man. So anyway, I have to have an ultrasound on the 26th just to make sure he's growing okay. I have been trying hard to put weight on, but am getting nowhere 😩😞

you can always drink protien shakes. I also you weight gainer. it's got nothing but calories in it. I use an all organic protein mix. you can get it all gnc, or the vitamin shop. look for foods that are high in calories. also eat a few spoonfuls of peanut butter a day. with this pregnancy I was told I definitely needed to gain weight. if I didn't gain weight neither would my twins and I could go into preterm labor. try to stuff yourself as much as possible and make yourself a log of what you eat and what's vitamins and calories are in it. I kept track on my fit bit. I'm sure there's apps as well.

I lost weight in the beginning . My doctor said pregnant women dont have to gain wait for the baby to grow . He said it just means youre burning the calories youre taking in
