it does help doing that so far, no milk even leaks out surprisingly. still hurts like a bitch tho @youngg.mommyy

massaging them & letting milk come out when you're in the shower helped me a lot!

you shouldn't wrap them because it could cause infections and clogging of your milk duct

i went & bought sports bras that were a size smaller than my normal, works the same way as the ace bandage but easier to put on & stays in place

if it dries up your sinuses then it will dry up your mild... sudafed would also work

cold cabbage leaves in your bra, change them when they get warm.... also antihistamines dry milk up.... do not let the warm water run on them in the shower that will trigger a let down and cause more milk to be made

my friend used a wrap for like ever you sprain your wrist or ankle. said it helped a lot
