I sandwiched my boob and tapped my nipple on the top of her lip so she opened up wide and then pointed my nipple toward the roof of her mouth and stick it in lol

Bring baby to boob, don't afraid to be quick with it. If the babies mouth is open wide put her on the boob fast. Sometimes holding it from the top and bottom and flattening it out helps
