please can someone give me any tips to be comfortable in this shitty ass hospital bed , I'm in so much pain !!!!! and I can't get comfortable I just want to sleep but I'm not going to get any medicines or epidural

yes omg these hospital beds are so uncomfortable but girl I asked for something too take edge off, I can't get the epidural yet and prob won't get one until I run outta the pain meds they give me. I only have 3 left, girl they make you feel so good tho. lol like you high or something 😂😂
I agree I guess all that can help is lots of pillows...I gave in and got the epidural which was till then that I was able to rest a little
all I can suggest is lots and lots of pillows. I never was able to have an all natural birth since with my son I had to have an intrauterine monitor cuz he wouldn't stay on the monitor for his heart beat and I was headed towards a c section and with my daughter I had to have a c section cuz she was trying to come out hand first as if to say hi to the world first Lol. her hand was already out of my cervix. so lots and lots of pillows.
