Yesterday i was complaining how i bought some much breast pads and how i never leak it was a waste of money . So i took off my shirt right now and my left boob started leaking like crazy i thought it would stop in a few secs but it just kept going i ran to get a bottle dripping milk every where ( no sense of wasting precious milk lol ) but it was going for a good 5mins our bodies are so amazing .

Haha girl you just had a spontaneous let down 😂 it happens, especially if you're engorged or feeding the baby, the pressure of your bra or clothes will mostly keep it from leaking but when you open that bra and relieve the pressure or feed the baby....here comes the let down lol I always keep them in check nowadays in nursing bra and washable breast pads, but before I knew better I had that problem really bad lol I would spray EVERYWHERE hahaha and my let down was over active cuz my supply was too much, so for the first like 4 months she couldn't handle when the let down came, she would cough and splutter and pop off and I'd be spraying her on the face 😂😂😂 just recently I decided to be a dumb ass and sleep in the nude cuz it was hot, I thought naaaah it'll be fine....I had a dream that I was showering and I had a let down, promptly woke up and whatya know, there was a puddle under my boobs 😂😂😂😂😂😂 ah, the joys of breastfeeding! #breastfeedingstruggles
