Does a birthing ball really help you to dialate??

This sucks, tried to kill two birds with one stone earlier tho , had sex and had a big o while bouncing on the birthing ball lol

well it may mine no I'm still not dilated but every ones different

Depends on the woman :) Bounce on it, do some squats, bounce some more, brisk walk, do more squats lol
