No problem!! I told you it depends on your doctor..like here is my take on everything and people can get mad at me if they want or whatever but I feel like doctors say everything is bad for a baby when they really have no idea..I mean certain things absolutely but other things like icy hot patches I don't believe will do anything!! Yu know and it's just my opinion not to persuade anyone to do something without asking a doctor but just my opinion lol..anyway glad you asked the doc and glad yu can use them and get some relief!!

I actually called him up and he said it was perfectly fine to use I guess cuz I'm in the second trimester now thanks girl @ashcos

I'd ask an on call nurse if you can, but my doctor said they were fine, and I use them almost every day for my back at this point!

I feel you girl.... but I don't believe it is safe. I'm not sure about the patches but I have wanted to use icy hot even on my shoulder and it is a no no during pregnancy. I would take it off until you're sure, but that is just me.

You can use a heating pad on low heat only on your back, and Tylenol, or a warm bath... but that's basically it. Also maybe try three tennis balls in a tube sock and get someone to roll them on your back or lay/roll on them in bed.

I know that using icy hot is not okay during pregnancy, so probably not okay to use those either. It is toxic to baby and gets to them through your skin 😕
