I failed the one hour with 172 and have to take the three hour on Friday. However I didn't eat anything for the one hour but because I was on prednisone because I had bronchitis it could have raised my blood sugar and my doctor knew this.

I failed both :(

I got my results but my appt isn't until May 2 to review them

I passed the one hour and ate like normal the morning before. Even had a few jelly beans lol and I still passed @mommy2vaijordinkerri and you need 78-140 @nic143ole

Yeah they didn't tell me about that either! @oklahoma.girl55 the tea I had had a lot of sugar in it and they said I didn't have to fast. I literally had that not even 30 minutes before my test. it's ridiculous they don't tell us ladies these things. who wants to do the 3 hour test? no one!

but i passed my 3 hour with fasting prior to the test you should be fine!

i failed my 1 hour because my doctor told me it was okay to eat before just something with little to no sugar so i had a banana and toast with water 45 minutes before my appointment turns out if you wanna eat it has to be 2 hours before the appointment and he didnt tell me that.

I think it depends on your doctor but my number was in the low 130's for a passing number. mine was 161 though @nic143ole

What number you need to pass the one hour ? Anyone know ?

Hahaha Yeah I'd be nervous to eat all that @mommy2vaijordinkerri if I were you id probably fast and then come home and eat all that. all I had was a green tea before and I failed.

that sounds awful, @vb95 I'm just looking forward to getting it over with. I plan on napping afterwards, lol.

The one hour one, I was told to fast and I couldn't even drink water in the waiting room in between blood draws, it was terrible @jessicarose0602

my doctor isn't making me fast, is that odd?? they told me to eat like normal

they told me I didn't have to fast when I was there for the one hour and I had had a green tea with lemon before doing it. I think that helped screw mine up too. @vb95

@vb95 did they say what your number was for the one hour? mine was like 161. I was way off!

Oh no! @lumbeemama it's so easy to do though. I asked if I could even have some water and nothing else and they were skeptical about that. it's gonna be a long morning for me.

I failed mine. I was suppose to do my 3 hour yesterday but I messed up and ate, so I had to reschedule for Monday lol
