I didn't know that I was having BH until my cousin put her hand on my belly and told me that I was having them. it's just your tummy getting tight.. for a while I thought it was just him getting in a strange position.
Okay that's what it was. I was wondering. Started last night. I felt like crampy at the bottom of my stomach and it got tight all the way to the top of my stomach. Best way I can describe it. It was just uncomfortable.
You feel your stomach very tight for a few seconds or min than it goes away.
