Has anyone else experienced a really bad first period after having your baby? My cramps are like I'm having really bad contractions and I'm bleeding really heavy. Mind you I bled for three weeks straight after having my son. This period is horrible. Will the next ones be just as bad?! 😩

I didnt have much cramping but I bled a lot too. the 2nd was a little less blood but bad cramps. they've gotten better every time, except I'm having mine every 3 weeks right now.
