I have been checking for a fever here and there and his temp says normal when I check under his armpit. And he wasn't lethargic all day long, he did wake up at night and was alert. So yeah. But thanks ladies for the advice!

unfortunately it is normal. try getting him to nap. & check for a fever once in a while..

I don't think he should be lathargic I'd call a doctor or nurse to ask this so they can get more info or give you better advice fever are normal after shots which sometimes makes them not want to eat
