That's good to hear! This is my first pregnancy so I'm still learning what's a good rule of thumb and what's just flat out ridiculous 😂

Are cold cuts okay? I read not to eat them because of the risk of listeria but I'm craving a turkey sandwich so bad 😂 it's like when you tell yourself you can't have something you want it more
