Is it weird that I don't want to have a baby shower? Was just thinking of setting up a registry and that's it......hmm any thoughts ladies?

same here, my mom, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law all wanted to throw my husband and I a baby shower, but we don't see the point so we politely declined. we made a registry so when people have asked, we tell them, but other than that we have just been buying everything slowly.

I don't think it's weird. I don't want one either, but my mom and MIL are insisting. I convinced them to at least make it a co Ed BBQ though lol.
