Feel like I have to go to the bathroom really bad but when I try I can't. Cramps and pain in my back and lower belly when I lay down no matter which way I lay but not as bad when I walk. Is this contractions?

Get to a hospital quick!!! If you feel like you have to poop, it is the baby trying to push it's way out. Good Luck. :)

They normally say if you take a warm bath or walk and you still have those pains its usually contractions
