I had to ask my midwife about it, and I asked her when I was 36 weeks and I got an appointment with her to go through it on Monday when I will be 38 weeks. she told me it's not compulsory for them to do it, but if you ask them they are happy to go through stuff with you :) x

Oh god isn't it, I got no idea about any of it! 😩 I got an appointment on the 5th hoping she don't come before then cause I'll have no idea what's gonna happen lol @ginnyw132 xx

I don't have much of a clue right now either haha, I kinda know what I want but as I am classed a slightly high risk due to BMI and a heart issue, I don't know if I will be limited to what I can have which was the main reason I wanted to go through it all :) xx

I did mine morning of my 36 week appointment incase I was asked for it but my plan is pretty much 'whatever is safest and most appropriate for the situation'. I'd rather be advised what is best/safest for me and baby at the time 😌🙈

I spoke to my midwife when I was 28 week because I know what I've always wanted when in labour and afterwards and she was more than happy to go through it with me xx

did one never used it haha. about 36 weeks though no midwife help though did it myself off the NHS website xx
