I've gotten induced with my two previous pregnancies. So this go round I'm really going for a natural birth😨 I'm terribly scared, but the epidural left me with back problems.

read Ina May's book and watch postive youtube videos of natural birth! I've also been reading and studying hypnobirthing techniques. you got this momma, our bodies were made to make and deliver babies :)
