Question Ladies

So am 35 wks 3 days and am having lower back pain and pressure down my vagina n i feel like i need to take a dump(sorry for tmi) does anyone knows what could this be...i really don't think there contractions but again this pregnancy been so different from my other 2 IDK....waiting for doctor office to open in about 20mins
