It depends, if it is completely clear that baby is having teething pains and it isn't anything else, and gum massages or teethers aren't helping, then yes a little big of Tylenol can help relieve the pain, but like all medications she shoudn't be getting it all the time, just when she really needs it. Also I'm pretty sure I've talked to you about this before, but just a reminder please don't give her any meds as a preventative measure, only as needed! Studies have shown that the effectiveness of vaccines may be reduced when given other medications such as Tylenol beforehand, so she best recommendation is to give as needed AFTER shots, a lot of the time they don't even need it even if they run a low grade fever! Just plenty of milk and a close eye on their temp is perfect, and Tylenol helps a lot when they seem too fussy after their shots from sore legs or their fever is climbing.
