My bf/the babies dad won't even touch my belly....anyone else have that? It makes me feel like I'm gross

My fiancé touches my belly once in a while he just gets bummed when he touches it and can't feel her kick.. I think when I get bigger and he's able to see and feel it way more than he'd constantly touch it. While I'm sleeping he will cuddle with me and he'd have his hand on my belly.

it makes me feel like I'm so unattractice. he won't even cuddle me anymore.

Mine doesn't either. Just occasionally and it's not for very long like a couple seconds. He says I wore him out on telling him to feel it and look at it

Mine didn't until the end would even hug me at night
