@kayla471, muscle I think and my hips stretching. Not sure though. @mimiz I've had sciatic nerve issues on the other side prepregnancy but this is 10 times worse than anything I've ever felt there before. It's been almost a week of sudden sharp shooting pain with movement

😭😭😭😭 I had never ending sciatica pain I had a few episode I couldn't take it never slept well or sitting or standing it was all miserable

is it a muscle issue or pinched nerve? if so try biofreeze. it's safe to use. I love that stuff
