Enjoy it while it lasts! I'm planning to maybe do attachment parenting, it's natural and healthy for baby to be very dependent for the first few years.

@miicat, I've been doing attachment parenting too! she's almost 7 months and i still love baby wearing and cosleeping. she does NOT like when she can't see mama though, even with daddy lol!!

@kattastrophe, Oh that's awesome, I was hoping to find more women who are into co-sleeping, baby wearing, attachment/gentle parenting and all of that 😊 Your little girl is such a gem! Can't wait to see my bump and baby grow!

@miicat, thank you!! it's so much fun!! she's my little buddy❤ I walk everywhere with her in the carrier and cosleeping has been both a great way to bond and a brilliant lifesaver, especially with breastfeeding. I love snuggling all night long(:
if you ever have questions, I'm here!! (:

@kattastrophe, That's so super sweet! 💕 I love the idea of co-sleeping so much, it's so much more convenient too indeed, don't need to get up to pick a hungry baby and you always know where they are :) Oh I do have questions actually! How did you get into natural parenting ways, what kind of birth did you have and how easily did you start nursing?

@miicat, honestly, I've just liked going by what early humans did. I had a 36 hour med-free labor, I was very fortunate that breastfeeding came pretty easy for us. my nipples were sore for the first 2 weeks or so and did a lot of cluster feeding (which was a nice reminder to relax though!), but she always latched really well. I didn't cloth diaper because we pay for laundry.... I was so dead set at the beginning against cosleeping, but I gave in after night 3 of no sleep, been snuggling with mommy every night since😂

also started sharing food from my plate when she showed signs of readiness for solids (around 5 months) @miicat

@kattastrophe, Yeah I like the early human tequniques a lot too it just feels natural. Intuitive. ☺ Interesting, did you give birth in a hospital the usual way? I'm planning to have water birth, it just makes the most sense to me. Would you have cloth diapered otherwise? What kind of diapers do you usually buy and have you had any issues with them? Hahaha, well, baby got her way after all 😁 Have you been able to meet other natural parenting moms? Oh, have you considered homeschooling too? Or no?

@miicat, I plan to do public schooling because I feel like the social aspects will better prepare her for the real world. a lot of adults are way worse than kids in school, so it's a great way to expose her to the reality of the world a little bit. I would've cloth diapered if I had the washing machine, but I use luvs. I have a thinner baby with a big booty so the luvs work for her. huggies and pampers run a little larger in my opinion, especially around the legs.... I gave birth in a hospital, but if I lived in a house instead of an apartment, I probably would've done water birth. my pregnancy and labor were complication-free so I would've been fine. nurses were just there as cheerleaders more or less lol!!
