My dr wants me to go into L&D on the 27th and test to see if my babies lungs are developed enough to induce me. If they are developed then they will induce me that day. I kinda dont want to be induced that day though. My brother in laws and cousins bday is the 27th and my grandpa also passed away on the 28th. I cant wait to have my girl but I have huge mixed feelings about it all.

@emkasting, I am already high risk from preeclampcea from my last pregnancy but I also have gestational diabetes and I'm insulin dependent, which can cause proplems in the last weeks of pregnancy. So my Dr's. want to make sure that doesn't happen and induce early at a safe time.
Why do they wanna induce you so early if you don't mind me asking?
just tell your doctor about it, I'm sure he'll be fine to move it to 26th or 29th
