I know when I have been doing too much (which has been everyday since Friday) because baby stops moving. as my heart rate rises, she gets stressed out because of her lack of blood. I have only kept up my house and done my normal mommy duties (cooking, cleaning, taxi, and supervision of the masses). 5000 steps a day is too much for me I guess. ugh! I can't do squat.
