Anyone know what I can take at 11 weeks for a head cold? My sheet from the dr says plain sudafed after 12 weeks but my head feels like it might explode at this point 😑

I could only take Tylenol, but I finally talked with my doctor and she recommended taking Magnesium pills once a day. I have continued to take them everyday and feel a lot better!
