I would tell them once you get there to deliver. So many things get lost in paperwork or skimmed over! it's technically called a No Show No Report and if you do it that way they will put your name red in the computer so that if any one calls any area of the hospital asking for you they will say something like sorry I don't show her anywhere hear in the hospital. When your chart is opened it will say the password that people have to know to get info but if they don't say it they will play it off! I've seen it happen a lot and if it's done the wrong way it really sucks! Cause more than half the NSNR people we had the people who they did want there actually did come looking for them! lol
