I know that if you don't want to buy one, and still want to use the one you'd get at the hospital or the one insurance would probably give you. You can rent one from Babies R Us or ask the hospital you plan on delivering at

WIC gives out electric ones. I used one for 2 months with my first son.

@daylenerebecca, I just ordered mine from Target a Lansinoh double breast pump for $115 , my friend says they work as good as a Medela .

Are you sure they don't have electric? My WIC office has told me to call the day that I give birth, they will get me in within 14 days, and I can borrow a double electric pump. Then if I do really well with breast feeding they actually will give me my own, for free.
