Yeah I've never know anyone to go while pregnant I don't think the shop will get in trouble they make you sign a release form saying they aren't responsible but I'd never go to that shop if that's the case lol. A professional wouldn't tattoo a pregnant woman in my experience with going to shops .

I think maybe they can get in trouble.. but then again I have no clue! I never knew they would actually tattoo someone who's pregnant.

Most tattoo shops probably won't tattoo you until after the baby. Just for their own protection. You're more prone to infections.
