I think im experiencing my first Braxton hicks.. or maybe round ligament pain. Im not suure.😫

ligament pain is usually a sharp pain due to moving too sudden. BH is when the tummy gets super tight or round (hard like a rock) & cramping. There can be back pain and can also make your breathing shallow. Some people dont find them painful and some do. @sarena20
