I'm so confused, I'm constantly seeing other pregnant women eating hot dogs and lunch meat, I always thought that you weren't supposed to eat it while pregnant? I have seriously been craving a hoagie but I'm too scared to risk the chance of my baby getting listeria, but then again, only two more weeks left. The struggle is real.

I ate salami through most of this pregnancy lol Ana is healthy
I ate a few hot dogs.. And a whole bunch of salami, proscuitto, capicola.. Etc. (can you tell im italian? Haha) and my baby is perfectly healthy and never had an issue! I also started eating sunny side up eggs the 3rd trimester.. Think youll be fine!
@sarahmariemommy2be, my boyfriend keeps saying the same thing, he's like he's done in there, just freaking eat it haha. Def going to get one now 😀😀😀
Girl they say avoid it in the first trimester. Im not Doctor by any means. But I told my doctor the same thing (I was craving a double dog with everything) I was 22 weeks at that point, and my doctor said im not in a high risk pregnancy, my baby is healthy, almost full developed, and doing just fine and to go ahead and eat it. I eat sandwiches for lunches (I buy the fresh deli meats with low sodium) and I eat hot dogs when im to lazy to make dinner. My baby is healthy as can be, active, and doing just fine (: if you want that hoagie I say go for it
So long as the meat is heated/warmed through and you don't eat it all the time it's fine
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@brittybuggg, not trying to confuse u bc other ladies say go for it but I wouldn't and here my reasons why. One your dr told you however a doctor doesn't study nutrition a dr study's medicine if you want a real answer on food don't ask a dr ask a nutritionist and number 2 you don't need meat to stay alive so why eat it. Dont be like many Americans and fall into the marketing trap of food temptations and processed food. Humans were intended to eat plants they only began to eat animals when climate changes and starvation was put into play long ago and they had no choice to live. Besides the meat you find at a grocery store is far from being a healthy animal or even just animal it's loaded with all kinds of preservatives. Check out what I eat I try to post my food follow me if u wanna see. Also the reward u give ur body and baby after cooking a good home cooked meal is a wonderful feeling not only to your hungry craving but to your mood as well.
