its not finished washing the head rest but I washed his car seat getting it ready for him, its perfect for a boy.

Yea straps can't be submerged in water. It makes them start to frail and weakens the fabric. You can wipe those down with a warm cloth and some dawn.

Check your manual because some car seat covers you can't wash in the machine. 5 out of our 8 you can't use the washer machine. It has to be hand washed with mild soap like dawn. Oh and never wash straps.

@mrs.rcleveland, you take the cover off like unhook the straps from the back and everything and wash it but don't dry it

My mom and her boyfriend are making a big deal because I'm washing my babies clothes, mamaroo cloths, & bassinet cloths....saying its unneccesary they never washed new clothes with their children and nothing happened to them...I said well all my momma baby sites say its best to wash items to reduce allergic reactions since the babies r really sensitive.. they think its stupid...its my baby damn let me be extra cautious if I feel like it...

Please don't wash meat. It has been washed soooo many times before it gets to you anyway. When you wash it you take the germs it has from only being on your cutting board to on everything in and (possibly) around your sink. Cross contamination at its finest. Nothing against anyone who does, but omg please 😖💗 Edit: 0% of chefs wash meat.
