Thinking about getting a manual pump since I left my electric one at my moms house..any suggestions?

They really aren't as good.. if you can you should get the one back or get a second electric pump as a backup. I didn't have any success with the manual kind.. you could try hand expressing, I've heard you can do a decent job using that.

@wiccanmommy, maybe I'll try hand expressing. I already have two electric pumps but they're both in my pumping bag at my moms. If I wasn't trying to pack up my apartment I would just go over her house and get it but she lives in NJ and I'm in philly so it's kinda out the way.

@nursebetti, I have one I use when I am on the go its works great and its less painful its at our pace

I have a Mandela hand pump in my baby bag at all times. It's my back up when I can't use my electric pump.
