yes as long as its oatmeal

remember you have to drink the tea 3 to 5 times a day drink lots of water and if you can get some fenugreek tablets too.. it really does help..

the pills you can find at cvs walgreens anywhere they sell vitamins and yes that much i know its alot but it does help if you keep at it
