Doctors appointment in the morning at 10:30am...when she checked my cervix last time it hurt so bad I was literally screaming (didn't expect it to hurt that bad and for her to stick her hand all the way up there) and I'm so nervous about her checking it again today I'm considering rescheduling lol Ik I need to go but ugh I'm such a wimp when it comes to pain!! Oh well, last doctors visit! 🙂

@lovingmylilg, I just went and it went okay!!! I'm a little sore but it didn't hurt as bad! Probably bc he finally moved down!!! But ugh I'm still not dilated 😭

@lovingmylilg, @mw1620 @babyjjsmommy ugh I'm at my ob right now I'm terrified about going in the room 😟 why can't pregnancy be easy!!! And @lovingmylilg that's exactly what my ob did!! She had to do it twice the first time she checked me bc I wouldn't stop kicking and screaming!!! Which just made it worse!
That's the way it was with my youngest I would crawl up the bed away from my doctor and when I got induced the nurses kept trying to check me and I wouldn't let them my doctor had to come in and do it then made me get the epidural cause that's the only way I would lay still
OMG we are on the same boat literally I have a Dr apt again too and my dr did the exact same thing!! I cried out and she just kept forcing her Hand up there I'm so glad my fiance was in there with me because I didn't know what the heck to do.. they really should warn us about how bad it hurts before just forcing their way in
All I can tell you is just be prepared and pray that your cervix has dropped, it was nothing to check me once mine did. Also the breathing does help from what I've been told. I couldn't, so I wouldn't know lol.
@babyjjsmommy, mine too! But my baby still hasn't dropped so I think that's another reason why it hurt so much! And Ik she told me that they're gonna check my cervix when I'm delivering and that's when I started panicking 😩

That's how it was for me too, my cervix was soooo high up even though baby was so low. I'm sorry, I know it was the worst pain I've ever experienced when they checked me while I was in labor and contracting!

try to breath out when she checks it helps me to stay relaxed
I hurt so bad! When i sit down i feel as if im pushing baby boy back up out of the canal or something it hurts so bad! Im thinking about going in to the doctor.. But idk
I'm 3cm dilated 😱 my doctor said she can be here in a week or less wow i'm so excited!!!! The whole checking your cervix part not so much lol it hurts so bad!!!
I am not feeling too well when I walk it hurts so bad in my vagina and on the side i feel like if I had a bruise but I already checked and it's not I'm really worried preggies ;(
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
Will your Mom be in the delivery room?
My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.
