I feel like it does.... partially because of the mint, but also because drinking tea is relaxing!.... I like square breath exercise too. breathe in 10 seconds, hold 10 seconds, exhale 10 seconds, hold 10 seconds. repeat 10 or more times.
I love using the breathing teas when I feel an asthma attack coming on.... it's pretty much just mint tea with maybe camomile and a few other herbs in it. I chew mint gum to relax my lungs too
