I would call them and ask them why it wasn't covered. maybe it was a mistake. I've had mistakes like that too. same insurance

Same happened to me and I have anthem! Call the billing place at your hospital they probably didn't put in your insurance correctly. I just called on Friday because I was billed for the same amount.

Sometimes they forget to file it. Would happen at clinic I would work at we will miss place folders and the insurance wouldn't receive the insurance card holder to charge . Just give them a call
