Today hasn't been my best. Been feeling really off since 3rd trimester hit but today I really couldn't get up and out of bed because I felt so weak. Then I coughed and some reason when I cough during pregnancy it will cause me to gag. Sure enough I gag and my whole stomach got tight so I went to sit down and I started having contractions. So I'm breathing trying to just calm my body down and I started to throw up. Made the contractions stop but ever since my lower back is really sore and tight around my inner part of my hips and abdomen.

At dinner my husband asked how far along would we have to be for him to be considered full term and not a preemie?

I said 39 weeks but Krystal (my best friend who is a nurse for our Maternity Ward) says 38 weeks is now considered full term.

He then said and how far away are we from 38?

6 weeks.

But if we have him now he will survive?

Yes he has a 90% chance but he most likely will have to be in the NICU for at least 4 weeks.

My husband said well your just gonna have to keep him in because I'm much happier coming home to him in your belly instead of being a visitor to my own son.

Even though this is our 2nd child. Hes kinda acting like this is his first time going through this. I mean yes he wasn't around much with our daughter till she was 18 months and yet we were married but its really adorable to see him this way.
