been in bed since I got home at 4,🐱 cat won't leave my side. pelvic bone hurts :/ feels like a knife🔪 in my cervix on and off (2nd pregnancy) like when you fall onto the bar of a bike🚲 on your crotch(something more internal).
any ideas. can this be related to effacement🍬 or dialation?🍉
ideas? been 4 yes since my last pregnancy so I'm a tad rusty

Is it ok to eat hot cheetos?? I love them they've been my favorite chips since forever and I've been eating them during my pregnancy. I'm 11w. Is it bad since they're spicy?
