^ like that but real contractions do not go away. Braxton Hicks feels kinda the same but they go away if you put your feet up, walk, or drink water. Yesterday I went in for braxton Hicks and the nurse said with contractions, you feel like you can't breathe, you want to be left alone and it doesn't go away.

to me like a wave over my stomach down and your stomach feels really tight and then loosens after.
