can a cold effect my baby I'm a little worried it can :(

i hope so haha i woke up with a head cold yesterday, im so drained & sick of being sick already! so much worse being pregnant and sick!

yeah I think I need to realise a bit more how tough they can actually be :) thankyou for the reassurance guys

Baby will be fine, keep up your prenatal vitamins and healthy food and drink heaps of water. I had a chest infection while pregnant. It just means you have to top up all your nutrients

yeah that's what I'm doing at the moment and just resting thankyou

just keeping yourself healthy and hydrated if you start feeling too sick too long maybe speak to your doctor :)
