@djsmommy0516, online I just googled postpartum waist trainer and you can order one from anywhere. If you have waist trainers from before pregnancy I'm sure those would do the same thing
I used a postpartum girdle like 2 days after I gave birth!
It's not 6 weeks, they have postpartum waist binders you can wear right after you leave the hospital
