they give me pit and if my water hasn't broke then they do it. Im so grateful for pitosin because without it I would have to have c cections. @keeping_up_with_duprees

they stripped my membrane the day before. I woke up gushing water. took me an hr to get to the hospital. they waited a few hrs before deciding to give me pictocen because I wasn't dialating. they said I couldn't have an epidural until I was 3cm I was in to much pain to remember to ask for it again. then I delivered at 2:33.

They break your water then they had me on pitocin to intensify the contractions but even with that i would not dialate i was stuck at 1cm

They broke my water and then all hell broke loose the contractions were very hard then the good meds came and I didn't know it was time to push

@keeping_up_with_duprees, When i was induced with my first i went in at 5 am on a monday morning and didnt have him till almost 8pm on Wednesday that was my longest labor and my only time being induced

Well I started labor that night at home and didnt even know I was in labor went to my appointment at 1030 he checked me I was 4cm I was sent up to OB by 1245 I had my daughter at 543pm with 3 pushes!!!! Good luck mommy

started pictocen at 9am he was born that day at 2:33. if you get the epidural it can slow down labor and they will probably give you more pictocen. I wasn't dialated but my water had broke

I've been induced every time (6 going on 7) and it depends but anywhere from 6 hrs to 18. I don't dialte pay 3cm if I don't get pit so it's a great thing for me.

They started the pitocin at 8 am and by 10:21 that night she arrived. I went in only dilated at a 2. No issues , pushed for about an hour
